  2. Are your Minicabs/Private hire available day and night?
     Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year. Minicabs are available on a short notice 24 hours a day.

  3. Are your prices fixed?
    Yes. The prices are fixed for pre booked Transferss. But if there are any additional drop offs, pickups or diversions there will be additional charges.

  4. We have childen travelling with us, can you provide child/infant seats?
    Yes. Please tell us the ages of the children and we can provide up to two child/infant seats free of charge per Transfer.

  5. Can I smoke in the car?
    No. By Law nobdy is allowed to smoke in any minicab or private hire vehicle. Here at Sutton car services we operate a strict no smoking policy in all our private hire vehicles.

  6. How do I find my driver at the airport?
    Depending on whether you book a meet and greet service or a meet outside your driver will either be waiting for you at the departures lay by which is the drop off point for non meet and greet services. For a meet and greet service the driver will park up and come into the terminal and meet you in the arrivals department along with a name board. If you are unable to locate your driver Please call us on 0208 088 6000 or from overseas 0044 208 088 6000 and quote your name along with your booking reference. our admin team will help you and find your driver in the airport terminal and. Your driver will also have your mobile number if this was provided during the initial booking process so he can contact you if needed.

    What if I miss my flight?
    Contact us as soon as possible. We will have monitored the flight as results we will have dispatch a driver. If you fail to inform us and the driver is dispatched our terms and conditions will apply upon which you will incur a full “No Show” charge. If however you inform us prior to the dispatch of the driver we will place your transfer order on hold for 24 hours during which you are able to re-book at no extra charge.
